  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2 cups (476 g) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups (200 g) parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon blackened seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Boil the pasta until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
  • Sear the steak cubes with blackened seasoning in melted butter until brown and juicy.
  • Cook the salmon pieces seasoned with blackened seasoning until golden brown.
  • Prepare the sauce by cooking onions and garlic, then adding cream, pasta water, parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine pasta with sauce and add the steak and salmon, garnishing with parsley.
