  • Press the mixture into an 8×8 inch lined baking pan and chill for 20 minutes.
  • Blend ground pistachios, confectioners’ sugar, and heavy cream until smooth, then spread over the chilled base.
  • Chill again for 20 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese with confectioners’ sugar and vanilla until creamy, then layer it over the pistachio layer.
