- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- 4.3 oz jar real bacon pieces (or cooked bacon)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (your favorite type)
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch dressing mix
- 3/4 cup your favorite beer
- 60 whole raw mushrooms
- Olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, bacon, shredded cheese, onion, ranch dressing mix, and beer until smooth.
- Set mixture aside; refrigerate or keep at room temperature.
- Heat pan over medium-high heat with olive oil.
- Remove stems from mushrooms; cook mushroom caps for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Cool mushroom caps on paper towels.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with beer dip mixture.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
Adjust bacon quantity for a meatier filling as desired.
Consider adding jalapeños for a spicy kick.
