  • ¼ cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil. Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
  • Prepare Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill kabobs for 10 minutes, flip, and brush with Bang Bang sauce. Grill for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  • Rest kabobs for 5 minutes, then serve.
