- 2½ pounds chicken breasts, cut into 1½" pieces
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup Kewpie mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil. Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Prepare Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Grill kabobs for 10 minutes, flip, and brush with Bang Bang sauce. Grill for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest kabobs for 5 minutes, then serve.
Notes
Longer marination enhances flavor.
Soaking skewers prevents burning on the grill.
Monitor grill temperature for best results.
