Instructions
- Peel and prepare the bananas, placing them on a plate without letting them touch.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- For sprinkles sushi, pour melted chocolate over the banana and top with sprinkles; for chia seed sushi, use chia seeds.
- Spread nut butter on a banana for coconut sushi, then roll in shredded coconut.
- Apply nut butter on another banana and roll in rice krispies for a crunchy texture.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use ripe but firm bananas for great sweetness and easy slicing.
Feel free to customize toppings to fit dietary needs or preferences.
