- 12 small strawberries
- 12 pieces pineapple, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 12 brownie chunks, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 small bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup chocolate candy melts
- 1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts
- Whipped cream, for serving
Instructions
- Wash and dry strawberries, remove tops.
- Cut pineapple into 1-inch cubes and pat dry.
- Thread two strawberries on a skewer, followed by pineapple, banana slices, and brownie chunks.
- Melt chocolate candy melts and drizzle over kabobs.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts over drizzled chocolate.
- Chill assembled kabobs in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
Use ripe but firm fruits for the best presentation.
Feel free to customize with different fruits or add marshmallows.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
