Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and slice the zucchini into spears.
- Rub minced garlic over the zucchini; drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Place zucchini on the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
- Switch to broil for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
Select firm, medium-sized zucchini for the best texture.
Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for even roasting.
Feel free to add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
