Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and position the rack in the middle.
- Trim excess fat and silver skin from the tenderloins and pat dry.
- Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the tenderloins with the spice mixture thoroughly.
- Arrange in a 9×13 baking dish and top with butter pats.
- Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Allow the pork to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serve with pan juices.
