Instructions

  • Pat chicken breasts dry and season with chicken seasoning blend.
  • Sear chicken in a skillet with 1½ tablespoons olive oil for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  • Transfer seared chicken to a greased baking dish and pour sauce over it.
  • Bake covered with foil at 375°F for 20 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until cooked through.

Notes
