  • 1/2 cup sweet corn (canned)
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked, drained, and chopped
  • 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2.5 tablespoons dry ranch mix

Instructions

  • Combine chopped broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, green bell pepper, red sweet pepper, carrots, sweet corn, bacon, and Colby Jack cheese in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and dry ranch mix until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until well coated.
