Instructions
- Combine chopped shrimp, lime juice, and kosher salt in a bowl. Let rest for 10–15 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, cilantro, and green onions. Stir gently.
- Fold in diced avocado carefully.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or preferred dipping options.
Notes
Use fresh shrimp for the best results.
Adjust jalapeños based on spice preference.
Add a splash of orange juice for extra zing.
