Instructions
- Combine tomatoes, avocados, lemon juice, basil, and garlic in a large bowl.
- Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour dressing over mixture and toss to combine.
- Toast French bread slices until golden brown.
- Top toasted bread with the avocado-tomato mixture.
- Garnish with extra basil before serving.
