  • 6 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating, adjust to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and butter muffin pans.
  • Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and mix gently.
  • Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
  • Bake for about 19 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let muffins cool for 5-10 minutes in the pan.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon for coating.
