- 5–6 tablespoons powdered sugar, divided
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup raw pecans, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, butter, 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until a dough forms.
- Gently fold in the chopped pecans.
- Shape the dough into small logs and bend into crescent shapes on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until light golden brown.
- Cool on the pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool for another 10 minutes, rolling in powdered sugar before serving.

Adjust the sweetness by using less powdered sugar if desired.
