- ¾ cup dried cherries (sweet or sweetened tart)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, sliced almonds, coconut flakes, and salt.
- Melt butter, sugar, maple syrup, and olive oil in a saucepan, then stir in almond and vanilla extracts.
- Pour melted mixture over dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring 1-2 times for even browning.
- Fold in dried cherries after removing from oven.
- Cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container.
Notes
For even clusters, avoid stirring too much while baking.
