Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat turkey legs dry with paper towels.
- Mix salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, black pepper, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Rub olive oil on turkey legs and apply the seasoning blend evenly.
- Place turkey legs in the air fryer basket and cook for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for an internal temperature of 170–175°F (77–80°C) and ensure the skin is golden-brown.
- Allow turkey legs to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
