- ½ Cup gluten-free flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp water
- Salt, to taste
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
- Sliced green onion, for garnish

Instructions
- Drain and pat dry the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and let sit on paper towels to absorb more moisture.
- Set up breading stations with flour in one bowl and whisked eggs and water in another.
- Coat each tofu cube in flour, then dip into egg mixture, and repeat for a double coating.
- Preheat the air fryer and prepare the basket with parchment paper and olive oil spray.
- Arrange tofu nuggets in a single layer, spray with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
- Cook in the air fryer at 370°F for 8 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider marinating the tofu before breading.
Ensure the tofu is well-drained for the best texture.
Experiment with your favorite seasonings in the flour mix.
