Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Coat salmon pieces in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray air fryer basket with oil.
- Arrange salmon bites in a single layer in the basket.
- Mist salmon with oil for added crispiness.
- Cook for 4 minutes, flip, then cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, milk, dill, and Dijon mustard for the sauce.
- Serve hot with dill sauce and lemon wedges.
