- 1 fresh pineapple
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the pineapple into planks and then bite-sized chunks.
- In a saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar over medium heat until smooth.
- Add ground cinnamon and mix well.
- Toss the pineapple chunks in the glaze until coated.
- Arrange glazed chunks in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes, flipping at 5 and 10 minutes.
- Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
