  • Chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Granola or oats (gluten-free, if preferred)

Instructions

  • Wash and gently slice peaches in half, removing pits.
  • Combine melted vegan butter, coconut sugar or brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Coat peach slices with the marinade.
  • Place peaches in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (177°C) and cook peaches for 8-12 minutes.
  • For oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C), arrange peaches on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
