- 1 pound fresh ripe but firm peaches (approximately 3 large or 6 small)
- 2 tablespoons vegan butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Nice cream (dairy-free ice cream)
- Chopped walnuts or pecans
- Granola or oats (gluten-free, if preferred)
Instructions
- Wash and gently slice peaches in half, removing pits.
- Combine melted vegan butter, coconut sugar or brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Coat peach slices with the marinade.
- Place peaches in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (177°C) and cook peaches for 8-12 minutes.
- For oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C), arrange peaches on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
Choose firm peaches for the best texture during cooking.
Adjust sugar based on your sweetness preference.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
