- 2 sliced green onions (green parts), about 3 tablespoons
- 1 cup finely grated medium cheddar cheese
- ½ pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 10–12 jalapeño peppers
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, black pepper, garlic salt, green onions, cheddar cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon in a bowl until smooth.
- Rinse and slice jalapeños in half lengthwise, removing seeds for less heat.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, ensuring they are well filled.
- Arrange stuffed jalapeños in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Optional: Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and lightly spray with non-stick spray.
- Air fry at 380°F for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool briefly, garnish with remaining bacon and green onions, and serve with ranch dressing.
Notes
Select firm, similarly sized jalapeños for consistent cooking.
Adjust spiciness by varying the amount of seeds and membranes removed.
