- 4 ears of corn on the cob
- 3 tablespoons softened butter
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil (optional)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Cut off the ends of the corn, husk them, and rinse.
- Microwave corn for 2 minutes and let cool.
- Slice the corn in half and then into quarters to create ribs.
- Mix softened butter, paprika, garlic powder, and herbs.
- Coat corn ribs with the butter mixture.
- Place in air fryer in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix mayonnaise and BBQ sauce for dipping.
- Serve with salad or as an appetizer.
