- 12 ounces (2 cups) white chocolate chips
- 1 container (16 ounces) vanilla frosting
- Green and red gel food colors
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Add vanilla frosting to melted chocolate and microwave until creamy, stirring in between.
- Divide the mixture into three bowls; color one green, another red, and leave one white.
- Drop spoonfuls of each colored fudge into the pan and swirl with a knife.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until firm.
- Remove from the pan using parchment, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
Microwave melting at medium power ensures even results.
Avoid overheating to prevent graininess in the chocolate.
